As leaves are falling on the East Coast, autumn is in the air. The daylight hours shorten, which means plants and trees begin to prepare for winter.  This means shedding excessive layers. There's a reason behind seasonal depression and mood shifts as the weather cools the leaves of plants, which are being shed emit different gases known as stoma.
