Terms & Conditions


All Whiskey & Woof products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of the products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged (melted or broken candle/reed/perfume container) during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 2 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent for broken or melted items with visual evidence. 

Clients may also exchange unused products for an item of the same price and size within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged  (melted candles, broken glass or dented container) during shipping and client sends visual proof within two days of delivery,  a return can be issued for unused candle(s) for a refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to custom orders which cannot be returned due to the custom fees and materials supplied. Whiskey & Woof LLC will supply a replacement for custom orders for any broken or melted candles. Any further issues that arise apart outside of broken or melted, will be considered. 

CANDLE CARE 
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets. Store in place free of extra exposure to heat. Use lid to keep candle from molting.
