      1. Do you do private label/custom scents?
        We are open to collaboration, especially with new products in development please email officialwhiskeyandwoof@gmail.com to discuss further.

      2. Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
        Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please email us for information on bulk orders. 

      3. Will you donate candles for my event?
        As a one person company, who makes everything, I am unable to donate large amounts of candles for swag bags/events. If you would like to purchase them at wholesale bulk prices, please email officialwhiskeyandwoof@gmail.com. I donate to causes I care about through the No. 23 Equality candle sales.

      4. Do you dropship?
        Every candle is made-to-order, inspected, weighed and sent out by Whiskey & Woof. The clothes and hats are the only drop shipped items.

      5. Do you ship internationally?
        Yes, if you place your order in our online shop, we can ship to you wherever you may be in the world. It may take a longer amount of time and cost more. All VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

      6. Do you offer samples?
        There is a Discovery Set you can order. We do not give free samples after a merchant in Chicago abused it in order to get free candles for her personal use. Taking advantage of a female minority single run business is not acceptable. 

    1. I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?Orders usually need 1-2 business days to process orders. We'll do our best to rush your order. You must choose overnight shipping at checkout in order to get your candles in time. Unfortunately, we have seen no matter which shipping service you pick, a sliding backward to unpredictable deliveries. 


All Whiskey and Woof products are hand made, weighed and throughly inspected before shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Products that arrive damaged will replaced or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 2 days of delivery.

In the event a package is damaged (as defined as melted or broken), during shipping customers may return unused candle(s), have a replacement sent or be issued a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling when Whiskey & Woof is provided with visual evidence (photographic or video) of damage within 48 hours of delivery receipt.   • Due to the nature, time, materials and process of custom orders, bespoke products are eligible for a replacements when Whiskey & Woof is provided with visual evidence (photos or video) of the damage, which is defined as breakage or melted candles, replacements only, not refunds will be issued. Reasonable effort will be made on the part of Whiskey & Woof LLC to resolve and come up with solutions for issues.  Responses to the solutions must be lodged within an additional 48 hours or the matter will be considered closed. New York State and PayPal stand behind this custom order policy.
