Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please email us for information on bulk orders.

Will you donate candles for my event?
As a one person company, who makes everything, I am unable to donate large amounts of candles for swag bags/events. If you would like to purchase them at wholesale bulk prices, please email coco@whiskeyandwoof.com. I donate to causes I care about through the No. 23 Equality candle sales.

Do you dropship?
Every candle is made-to-order, inspected, weighed and sent out by Whiskey & Woof. The clothes and hats are the only drop shipped items.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes with a minimum of 2 candles or $130 order in order. Please email coco@whiskeyandwoof.com in order to discuss your order. It may take a longer amount of time and cost more. All VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer samples?
There is a sample included in every order. We also have a Votive Set that contains 3 different scents you can order.
- I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?Orders usually need 1-2 business days to process orders. We'll do our best to rush your order. You must choose overnight shipping at checkout in order to get your candles in time. Unfortunately, we have seen no matter which shipping service you pick, a sliding backward to unpredictable deliveries.

Are Whiskey & Woof candles cruelty-free? Yes, Whiskey & Woof scented products are Leaping Bunny Certified cruelty free. All fragrances are IFRA approved. We do not test on animals.

What does a whiskey-scented candle smell like?
Whiskey candles smell like a private club. They smell like long talks where connections are made over a glass of whiskey. They smell literally enticing with ambers, musks and our No. 22 Nightcap literally gets a repeated "wow!" upon first sniff. No. 17 Private Reserve is like you wrapped your entire space in cashmere and musk. No. 72 Wasted Inheritance smells like pure indulgence. No. 4 Confidante smells like you are in a safe, warm welcoming environment.

How long does it burn?
Depending on the size and how you use them, our signature 8 oz candle size lasts between 50-60 hours. That means you followed the candle optimization of letting the first burn last as long as it takes to get a liquid pool from side-to-side. Between burns you trimmed the wick to 1/8" to keep it clean. And each burn session lasted 3-4 hours. We all go nose blind at 4 hours. Our favorite thing to do is set an alarm to extinguish the candles.
REFUND POLICY All Whiskey and Woof products are hand made, weighed and throughly inspected before shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Products that arrive damaged will replaced or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 2 days of delivery.
In the event a package is damaged (as defined as melted or broken), during shipping customers may return unused candle(s), have a replacement sent or be issued a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling when Whiskey & Woof is provided with visual evidence (photographic or video) of damage within 48 hours of delivery receipt. - Due to the nature, time, materials and process of custom orders, bespoke products are eligible for a replacements when Whiskey & Woof is provided with visual evidence (photos or video) of the damage, which is defined as breakage or melted candles, replacements only, not refunds will be issued. Reasonable effort will be made on the part of Whiskey & Woof LLC to resolve and come up with solutions for issues. Responses to the solutions must be lodged within an additional 48 hours or the matter will be considered closed. New York State and PayPal stand behind this custom order policy.
