    1. Do you do private label/custom scents?
      We are open to collaboration, especially with new products in development please email officialwhiskeyandwoof@gmail.com to discuss further.

    2. Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
      Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please email us for information on bulk orders. 

    3. Will you donate candles for my event?
      Currently a new Because we are a small company, we are unable to donate large amounts of candles for swag bags/events. If you would like to purchase them at bulk prices, please contact us. We will occasionally donate gift sets or single candles for silent auctions for causes that matter to us.

    4. Do you dropship?
      While powered by Shopify, every candle is made-to-order, inspected, weighed and sent out by Whiskey & Woof.

    5. Do you ship internationally?
      Yes, if you place your order in our online shop, we can ship to you wherever you may be in the world. It may take a longer amount of time and cost more. All VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

    6. Do you offer samples?
      At this time, sample packs are not available to consumers. Email us if you are a stockist and would like to discuss: officialwhiskeyandwoof@gmail.com 

    7. I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?
      Orders usually need 1-2 business days to process orders. We'll do our best to rush your order. You must choose overnight shipping at checkout in order to get your candles in time.
