Notes: This candle is a dye-free coconut wax cured with vegan-friendly, phthalate free fragrances. Burn the first time until melted wax is a full circle side-to-side. Trim wick to 1/4" between burns. Do not burn more than four hours or leave unattended when children and pets are within reach.

This 9 ounce version has a 50-55 hour burn time. The first time you burn any candle, make sure it is from side-to-side top layer liquid wax (approximately 1-2 hours.) Use a snuffer to extinguish. Trim wick between burns for a cleaner burn- it reduces soot from any wick from any candle company.
Subsequent burns up to four hours. Remember, wax has a "memory" so if the first burn is only the size of a dime, it will not go further past that initial burn and tunnel down.
As always with candles, please trim the wick to 1/4" prior to burning. Overheating can occur when a candle is burned to the very bottom. Pop in the fridge for at least an hour so wax hardens and is easy to crack and remove. Then reuse the jar to hold pens, flowers, jewelry, make-up brushes, rubber bands or even a plant. The vessels are glass, so if you do not want to reuse, please recycle appropriately.
All candles are made with Phthalate free fragrances. Our wax is an ethically sourced, non-toxic coconut wax. Due to the nature of hand-pouring, there may be slight variances between products.
